We are currently recruiting participants and I would be grateful if you would be able to distribute the information below to your constituents and any networks you have.
Do You Have a Wood-Burning Stove or Fireplace? Take Part in an Air Quality Study
If you have a wood-burning stove or fireplace, we'd like to invite you to participate in an important research project led by Swansea Council, in collaboration with Swansea University and the University of Nottingham.
Your participation will help us trial a new air quality information system and explore its potential to make a real difference in our communities.
What's involved?
Sign up to receive free email or text alerts about pollution levels on your street, based on live data from sensors across Swansea.
Use these alerts to inform whether and when to light your stove.
Complete a short survey before and after a 4-week trial period to tell us what you think.
