Our very popular chalet 74 (Ty Coed) is now closed for some serious renovations!. We're very excited to tell you that it's being extended to give a bigger double bedroom. The kitchen will be a better layout and a lot more space in the lounge/diner. The outer cladding is being replaced and its having a posh new roof. New glass frontage will complete the look. Insulation is a serious matter in these little chalets so lots of this good stuff will be packed into the walls. With new insulation, we will be happy to take bookings from March, when our next season starts right through until December 2025. The chalet should stay warm dry and cosy in even the coldest or wettest of weathers Watch out for more information as we go through the building work

Great news that the Chalets will now be open for 10 months of the year so guests can stay in November and December. Not sure if we'll be open for Christmas yet but deffo a few days between Christmas and New Year to blow the cobwebs away and walk off the christmas pud !😁😁

Did we mention we have a new chalet available to rent? Ty Coed has one of the best positions in Summercliffe Chalet Park with plenty of outside space to enjoy the glorious Summer.

Our chalet is closing for the winter from 1st November. We re-open to guests from the 1st March, booking being taken from January. Thank you for all your support this year, see you in 2018

Chalet is fully fitted with bedding and bath towels provided. 200 yards from glorious Caswell Bay, 2 miles from the delightful fishing village of Mumbles and of course the rest of the Gower is yours to explore. The sun is out! We have tried and tested Caswell bay last weekend and can assure you there is no better place to be! Still some availability over Easter - come and make some memories 🥂☀️

It may be cold and wet but Spring flowers are opening throughout the Gower and with the sun getting ready to make an appearance it's time to think about a break to stretch the legs and shake off the Winter blues.
