We've recently received reports of Portuguese Man o' War washing up on beaches around Anglesey - did you know they're not actually jellyfish but a colonial hydrozoan?

If you see one, please steer clear of it as they can sting very seriously even when dead - also bear in mind that the tentacles can be 10-20m long!

When you visit the area be sure to find time to walk around the village.. there’s a few little independent shops that you will enjoy. And how many towns and villages still have a blacksmith..
