The Mitour Story

In April 2014 Mitour was launched with the idea to rejuvenate a stagnant sports tour market in the UK. For too long the same old rugby festivals and football tournaments have been churned out, with very little progress each year, and it was our opinion that a change was needed!

Just 12 months after it’s inception achieved just that, running 3 sold-out junior rugby festivals in South Wales, North Wales and Yorkshire and in turn providing lifelong memories to those that took part.

Fast forward another 4 years and it’s probably safe to say that we’e come a long way! We now have 6 packed out rugby festivals, 3 in Wales and 3 in England, as well as an international youth football tournament in the capital city of London which welcomed teams from 9 different nations in its inaugural year. We work directly with not one, but two professional rugby clubs which adds some serious excitement to our rugby festivals and only goes to prove the professionalism of everything that Mitour does.

Lastly, but possibly most importantly for Mitour moving forward, is our ATOL accreditation which means that we can now send our customers further than ever before. So if it’s a cricket tour to the Caribbean, a rugby tour to South Africa, a football tour to Brazil or a netball tour to New Zealand then we’re your guys!
