When was the last time you did something that 'filled up your tank'? Something that brings you joy and makes you feel recharged?

For Men's Health Awareness Month, we shone a spotlight on the importance of mental health and well-being. Burnout is a real issue that can affect anyone, including high-profile individuals like Mike Ruddock OBE, who bravely shared his own experience with us.

We're grateful to have partners like Ospreys Rugby on board, joining us in these crucial conversations within the workplace. Mental health is a top priority for us year-round, which is why we're bringing this dialogue to our social media platforms and continuing the discussion with our team members for the rest of the year.

Recognising the significance of these topics, we've established a dedicated Wellbeing team comprising of 5 senior leaders, Abigail Holley, Peter Gillet, Simon Gough, David (Dai) Phipps, and Scott Williams. They've graciously offered their time for our team members to have a 'cuppa with' them. These informal chats provide a safe space for our team to discuss anything on their minds, and the positive impact we've already seen has been so encouraging.

Our sale to raise money and awareness for Mind is well underway. The freshly baked focaccia was eaten within 20 minutes of the sale opening as word spread round the office of how good it tasted!! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the bake sale and in particular our star bakers of Dan, Nolyn, Robin and Kian.

Our charity of the month is and this week is also so we wanted to combine an activity to bring these topics to the forefront of our employees. A bake sale can support mental health by fostering a sense of community and connection of those taking part, doing the baking or even going to the shop to buy goods to take contribute. It’s the taking part which can help to alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness as well as provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment, boosting self-esteem and overall well-being. Whilst we can’t do a bake sale everyday, we do think it’s important to provide an environment where people feel safe to come to work and have opportunities to share and talk things through. We of course also like to mix in fun and humour too! Happy Friday and happy

It was love at first sight for our MD, Depesh Nathwani, when he bumped into the business back in 2020. In this interview, Pesh explains what drew him to TCH, and what made him stay.

Spoiler alert: It wasn't just the technology or infrastructure. TCH has heart, and the business was framed in kindness, respect and growth - people, clients and company, hand-in-hand. But TCH's most alluring feature? It's pluck - the dare to be different.

The season of giving is just around the corner and we wanted to spread some cheer by bringing a little bit of magic to local children who otherwise might not be receiving any presents this year. We're donating to Mission Christmas by Cash for Kids. They are a great organisation that helps children between the ages of 0-18 in our South Wales.

We believe that every child deserves to open a present under the tree, no matter how big or small. But here's the thing - we want you to help too.

We know that this year has been tough for everyone and the cost of living is taking its toll. However, we believe that even a couple of pounds could make a huge difference to a young person's holiday.

So here's how you can help:

Presents are needed for kids between 0 - 18 of any gender. Please note that older children are often left until last, so it would be amazing if you could consider the older kids too.
