We are on the search for a Sales Executive to join our small, but growing sales team.
You will be at the start of every sale that comes into our business. R2C Online owns and operates the world’s first interactive platform for managing commercial vehicle fleet compliance and maintenance. The cloud-based service connects vehicle operators, fleet managers and leasing companies with dealers, workshops and manufacturers, enabling secure sharing of vital vehicle performance and service information, and an efficient means for scheduling, authorising and invoicing jobs.

You will have 2 aims, generating interest and business from large fleet/workshops, booking these in with our field sales team. Also securing your own deals with smaller sized fleets/workshop.
You will divide your time with prospecting, cold calling, organising appointments, closing deals, and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers. It won't be unusual to handle 50 calls a day.
2021, will be exciting for us with a new product to launch so even more potential to make commission.

You will be providing excellent proactive phone-based account management to medium to large customers with the ultimate aim of growing the volume and value of customers through commercial awareness, sales acumen and customer service excellence.

Some customers will be high value and this role represents the second level of customer account management with FLEETCOR UK issuing business. Therefore, exceptional relational skills and maintaining a profitable customer portfolio, whilst adding value for both the customer and FLEETCOR is a key part of this role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Be the primary senior point of contact (proactive and reactive) for your customer portfolio to maintain and grow current revenue streams from each customer through effective commercial and negotiation skills, as well as gaining customer intelligence to retain and grow the portfolio

• Targets for volume retention & growth, revenue maintenance & growth and upsell of new products into existing customers will be a fundamental element of the role

• Ensure regular, detailed, value-added and proactive account management to all customers in the allocated portfolio, identifying commercially viable options for increased volume

• Conduct regular reviews via the telephone with each customer to reinforce the value of FLEETCOR proposition and ensure compliance by both parties with contractual terms

• Focus on swift delivery for customers in terms of issue resolution, information provision with clearly defined actions that are delivered to meet customers’ requirements, whilst also identifying root cause analysis on all issues

• Build and develop professional relationships with peers, colleagues and third parties and lead relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally) in order to deliver and exceed specific customer requirements

• Ensure that relationships with multiple and key decision-makers are developed to support the customers and FLEETCOR’s objectives

• Provide the Head of Customer Retention with internal support, as required on ad-hoc activities or key business initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Good customer management experience, particularly in working with large and complex customer organisations
Exceptional relational skills with the ability to influence customer decisions persuasively using telephone and email communications

To work as part of the team producing ongoing analysis, reporting and generating key information to help support the ongoing day to day management of new, and existing customers of the Fleetcor UK Fuel businesses. You are responsible for providing instructions and general guidance to customers for best use, queries and difficulties that they may have in the use of the services.
