🐮 Bella is just one of the many animals on our farm that have missed you guys. She’s even had a baby (Beau) and a pedicure since we last met!

🐑 We have HEAPS OF OUTSIDE SPACE, so just like in the summer, there is NO NEED TO BOOK

🐣 We’re re-opening on 12th April at 10am. It’s outdoor only, and this time we can’t even open our Animal Barn.

ACTIVITY, SWIM SLOTS & RESTAURANT BOOKINGS

If you are visiting your holiday home from 19th April onwards, we're excited to announce that you will be able to book your swim slots and activities 14 days in advance. If you are looking to book in between 12th - 18th April, these are currently available to book now.

(Due to customer feedback/demand we have had to change our booking process, we apologise for any inconvenience in the short term but all bookings going forward can be made 14 days in advance. This will also be communicated on our holidays page.)

Outdoor dining from the 12th April will not require a booking but will be first come - first served. Our venues will not open indoors until 17th May for dining and table reservations will be bookable from Monday 3rd May.

For table reservations from 17th May in The Spitfire, Propeller Kitchen and Giggling Goose - the £5 per person booking deposit applies and will be redeemable off your bill at the time of payment.

Just like our last reopening, all of these facilities and activities will have COVID capacity restrictions and will be bookable in advance.

"All the slots for my chosen day are fully booked, what can I do?"

We understand demand will likely to be high, especially during more peak seasons. To combat full bookings for the pool, we are allowing walk-ins per session in the event of no-shows so please do not panic, there is a chance you will be able to use the facilities but we do highly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment or long waits.

COVID safe activities will be hosted, however if there is a high demand - We can look to add additional time slots where possible to cater for more participants, if we have available staff. These extra slots would be added closer to the dates so do keep checking the schedule for more openings.

We also will be offering a takeaway activity service, available to purchase and collect - this service does not need a booking time slot and is subject to availability.

Private guests can pre-book their activities and swim slots before having their Guest Passes purchased but they must show passes to enter the facilities and attend their sessions.

🌟Passes announcement 🌟

We have just been informed by Away Resorts that due to the past year with the COVID 19 Pandemic situation they are introducing a new way to get the passes for guests in 2021.

From April all passes for guest renting through owners like us have to get your passes through us.

However DON’T PANIC they are introducing a QR code system that we will send to you once you have paid for your passes either through Email or WhatsApp.

For all guests that have all ready booked for 2021 we will be in touch in the next few days to explain further once we have the finer details.

For all future booking as from this Friday 19th March 2021 all our prices will be changed to include the cost of the passes within your stay.

This is due to a few reasons but one of the main reasons is due to the long queues on arrival to help social distancing, meaning when your ready you can head straight to the complex.

This will also enable guests to pre book activities up to 2 weeks before arrival please note you can not booked more than 2 weeks in advance due to the Away Resorts rules so don’t worry.

We hope this explains the situation a little however feel free to DM us and see I’ll happily explain.

We are situated in the quite corner of Kingfisher court with no passing traffic and yet still only a 5 minute walk to the main complex.

Our holiday home is a Large 3 bedroom Willerby Linear with its very own private Hot Tub, Large Surround Decking, Gas BBQ and lots seating.

Complete with a fully equipped integral kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher making your stay that little bit easier with the little ones.

Just a £75 deposit secures your date with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

Please note we offer a full refund if your holiday is cancelled due to COVID 19 or a change of dates to the same value.
