The Tenby Boxing Day swim is a brilliant event, we love these new medals! 🤩

The Tenby Boxing Day Swim are delighted to reveal the brand new designed medals that swimmers will receive.
Designed, produced and sponsored by Lowri’s Shop, the medal is two-sided and features original artwork.
Sam Skyrme-Blackhall, chairman of Tenby Sea Swimming Association said: “We are excited to have a new style medal that will be a great memento.”
Mark and Lowri Smith of Lowri’s Shop said: "We're excited and proud to be the medals sponsor, as well as designing and making them.
"The medals can be kept as they are or turned into keyrings - rings will be available for a 50p donation with all proceeds going to Tenby RNLI."

We had our first ever Airbnb guests last weekend, and they were a delight! We’ve been advertising on VRBO/Owners Direct for 12 years and thought we’d try adding Airbnb and it’s working well, we’ve had 4 bookings in just a couple of weeks. Making the most of a couple of empty days at Mews Cottage. The berries have all been eaten and it’s time to trim the hedge - it’s too big a job for me! Luckily the experts came in and spent the day tidying it up. We do our best to keep the garden looking good without disturbing the guests. There’s always something in flower, and the private and spacious garden is perfect for our guests all year round.

We had some lovely guests who gathered from all over - including Canada! They came to Manorbier to bring their parents home - scattering their ashes in the village where they were born and grew up. They left the most beautiful visitors book entry, saying how much they enjoyed being together in the cottage and the fab village pub.

Ironman Wales is a great weekend here in Pembrokeshire and Mews Cottage is the ideal place to stay. Close enough to the action (the bike goes past the top of the road) but also in Manorbier so an ideal place to watch the bike, rest and enjoy some peace and quiet after the swim before heading back into Tenby for the marathon. We have lovely guests each year - our guests always appreciate our top tips to help make the whole experience a memory to treasure.
