Given the quick turnaround of the Welcome Back weekend, we know a lot of you are keen to ensure your holiday home is perfect and set up before 1st March!

So whilst you are here checking on your caravan, join the Holiday Home Sales Team for our Winter Warmers.

💜Charity Update💜

As today is World Cancer Day, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great charity work we are doing here at Kiln Park. Starting with 2024; last year we raised an incredible....

⭐ £1,454.76 ⭐

An amazing total that wouldn't have been possible without all of your support last year.

And on to 2025! This year we've got even bigger and better plans to increase our charity contributions. As usual, proceeds from the following will be donated to charity; prize bingo, raffles at wine clubs and cocktail making. This year will also see the reintroduction of Race Night, an event I know has been really popular in the past, so keep an eye out for that. Plus two big events for your diary:

Hello, my name is Toni and I am your new kitchen manager.

I have worked for Kiln Park for 7 seasons now. I started off as a front of house team member and transferred into the kitchen in 2020, from there I worked my way into the kitchen manager role. I enjoy the fast-paced environment of the kitchen and the laughter I have with the team.

I can’t wait to welcome you all back in March and get to know you all even better! Any questions through the year regarding the menus my fantastic team and I will be more than happy to answer them for you! :)

⭐Manager Monday⭐

Hi everyone, my name is Hannah and I will be taking over the role of Restaurant Manager.

This will be my 7th season working at Kiln Park, and after being a Shift Leader in the Harbwr Lights for the past few years, I've been given the opportunity to progress even further within the company this year.

I'm excited to take on this new role, and I'm ready to get stuck back into another busy season in the restaurant with my team.

💙Owner's Cards💙

As we prepare for the 2025 season I wanted to take some time to answer a few queries we have had regarding your Owner's passes.

The current Owner's cards are valid for the 2025 season, therefore you do not need to do anything if all of your current passholders are correct. We have lots of Owner cards that have not been collected in reception, please could you ensure these are collected at your earliest convenience.

Should you need to remove any individuals from your cards, this will need to be done by our experience team. Please be aware that all removal requests must be submitted by the 1st of March 2025 and cannot be processed once the new season has started.

A polite reminder of the Owner cards rules –

A Haven Owner and Owner Friends and Family Card cannot be issued to:
- anyone who was previously an owner with Haven - any person who has previously been excluded from the park or facilities - residents in the local area - holiday homeowners at a non-Haven park - a private letting holiday guest, even if the intended Cardholder is/are a family member or friend. (A private letting holiday guest is someone who has paid for use of the holiday home.)

All People attending owner events need to have a valid Owners Card or Friends and Family Card this will be checked before event starts without a valid Owners Card you will not be able to take part in the session.

How to get your Haven Owner and Owner Friends and Family digital and physical Cards
• Haven Owner Cards and Owner Friends and Family Cards are applied for online at owners.haven.com
• Each Haven Owner and Owner Friends and Family Card must contain the name and photograph of the Cardholder.
• All Haven Owner Cards and Owner Friends and Family Cards remain the responsibility of the account holder.

💙Meet the Team💙

Hi Everyone!

My Names Dylan and I’m going to be your Technician for the 2025 season here at Kiln Park! It’s my first year at Haven and I can’t wait to make sure I’m creating some magical holiday memories for you all!

When I’m not working at Haven I’m a freelance lighting designer and tech. At only 19, I’ve had the pleasure in working within some of the UK’s most prestigious venues! As well as also working with some well known bands and groups including Bewitched and Showaddywaddy!

If there’s anything I can do whilst you’re down to make your stay that little bit better, two words… “just ask”. Make sure you stop by the DJ box to say hi!
