This mornings Tenby Remembrance Sunday at the War Memorial Garden ~ which included a service, two minute silence and the laying of wreaths from town organisations, British Legion emergency services, schools and by the Mayor of Tenby Cllr Dai Morgan for the Town Council. A very huge crowd gathered outside the garden to participate and show their respect.

The Tenby annual Poppy Pebble Trail took place this morning with a short service in St Mary's Church followed by a placing of pebbles and crosses in the Gardens of Tranquility. It was the young peoples Remembrance Day.

Wally is not back in Tenby I'm sorry to say ~ just supplied copyright photos of him to a publishing company. Here he is with one of his gull friends in May 2021 on the lifeboat station.
What an absolute bright star Wally was, enjoying and getting fat on the shellfish in the North Bay and 'squatting' on the lifeboat station slipway for a few months. IMHO he should have been honoured and given 'the keys and freedom of Tenby town'.

Bravo and congrats to my friends Paul & Kat on running the The Stage Door Bar Tenby so successfully over the past 12 months. Exactly a year since the couple took over, capturing the imagination of locals and visitors alike, creating an amazing fun atmosphere with film and theatre memorabilia and large variety of beers, lagers, great Guinness, cocktails and traditional jukebox ~ with live music on the weekends. This evening featuring regular and great local singer and guitarist Al Davey Jnr at the junction of White Lion and Upper Frog Streets Tenby.
Here's to many many more years of The Stage Door Bar Tenby with Paul and Kat.
