Large living area with 40” smart TV with access to freeview channels and all streaming apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Disney +, BBC IPlayer, Amazon prime, etc).
2 free standing sofas, one 4 seater and one 2 seater.
Electric fireplace with low and high heating settings.

Kitchen/Dining area

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, two compartment air fryer, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, 4 piece toaster. Cupboards fully equipped with all dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, tea towels etc. Foldable dining table set with 4 chairs, 2 extra chairs available on request.

Bedrooms

Double bedroom - One double bed with under bed storage, 32” smart tv, hairdryer, en suite with toilet and hand basin.
Two twin bedrooms
All linen and bedding are included.

Bathrooms

Main family bathroom with fully enclosed shower, toilet and hand basin, wall mirrored storage unit.
En suite WC in main double bedroom.
Towels not included.

Outdoor areas

Two outdoor seating areas.
The first on the front decking, rattan set with drinks table, seating for 4 people and outdoor rug.
The second on the side patio area with a 4 seat rattan dining table set.
Grassed area also to the side of the van.
Free parking.

Pitch 🏡

Our van is situated on Osprey, at the end of a short, quiet cul de sac. A short walk to the sites huge clubhouse with swimming pool, a number of food options including the main restaurant Harbwr Lights, Burger King, Papa Johns and Millie’s cookies. Two bars, the Marina bar & stage upstairs has a big screen for sporting events and is where all the entertainment takes place. There’s also a children’s arcade downstairs. The supermarket, outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area, laundrette and park reception are all close by. The site also has direct access to Tenby’s stunning south beach.

Kiln Park amenities/entertainment. Tenby and local attractions 🏖️🌊☀️

You will have access to the clubhouse and all it has to offer when staying with us. In the clubhouse there is a main restaurant, papa johns, Burger King, Millie’s cookies, upstairs the Marina & Stage bar has a big screen for sporting events and stage where all the entertainment takes place. The clubhouse also has an indoor pool and huge arcade area. Plenty of options and fun for family’s and couples. You will have access into all the bars, restaurants and arcade at the clubhouse but if you want to book any activities listed below then you will need to purchase play passes. There is also a well stocked supermarket on site and a laundrette. All close to Osprey 21.

Play passes can be purchased directly through haven online. Information will be send in an email after booking. Some of the activities available are:

Town and surrounding areas

Tenby town centre and all it has to offer is less than 5 minutes drive away, it can also be reached on foot (20/30 minute walk). One of the routes is to walk directly across the beach from kiln parks beach path to Tenby town. Tenby has so many amazing places to eat and drink, stunning beaches and a beautiful harbour.

Folly farm adventure park and zoo - 15 min drive
Heatherton pleasure park - 5 min drive
Dinosaur adventure park - 5 min drive
Manor wildlife park - 5 min drive
Saundersfoot- 10 min drive
Pembroke dock - 15 min drive

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.
Tea/coffee, some tassimo pods will be included (more available from site super market).
The van is professionally cleaned after every rental.

Check in/out and payments

Check in - 3pm
Check out - 10am
£50 deposit required then full payment 6 weeks prior to stay.
£100 refundable deposit required. Will be returned providing there are no damages.
£25 pet supplement.
Key will be left in a lock box. Code will be sent prior to check in. Please return the key to the lock box before check out.

After your booking has been registered with Haven you will receive an email. This will include information on your stay and on the Play Passes.
