Got some girlfriends coming for lunch today. A healthy and slimming world friendly summer ratatouille salad! I’ve added lots of garlic and chilli flakes for extra flavour and punch! Delicious.

Simon and I have just got back from an amazing BBQ cookery course at . Jackie is the 1st UK female BBQ Legend winning the Jack Daniels invitational World BBQ championships. The day starts with a yummy bacon roll and complimentary drinks all day. Alcohol too after 12noon! 8 people in each group. Fantastic instruction on the preparation of marinades, joints of meat including how to make a Pork Porchetta with beautiful crackling, beef short ribs, lamb shoulder as well as salads, armadillo eggs, dressings, flat breads and even a fruit crumble. And, not forgetting how to BBQ all of these to absolute perfection. Jackie and Dave run an impressive show and are fabulous people too. OMG! So much food and brought enough home to feed about 8 people! Highly recommend booking yourself a place and staying with us in The Pavilion. Really good value for money. Thank you Jackie and Dave for a wonderful day.

A very peaceful location within walking distance of Tenterden town. Tennis Court, beautiful gardens & pond, BBQ, sun loungers and a wonderful sunny terrace to soak up the sun and relax.

The famous & are both close by, as well as other local vineyards. Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches nearby, steam train, lots of places to visit, relax at the the amazing , lots of beautiful walking & cycling routes in the Kent countryside as well as wandering around the lovely

Marmite, our hand reared Indian Runner Duck looking a little bedraggled as it’s moulting season. Love having a tame duck as a pet. Our visitors love him too.

The lovely Ruby in our holiday home modelling a fabulous outfit from Dotty Diva Designs whilst having a cuppa! The sofa is extremely comfortable and is handcrafted in the UK by Tamarisk Designs. All our guests love it and always ask where we bought it.
