Quick update for everyone:

Earlier this year, I turned my sole trader company in to a Limited Company. However, after advice from my accountant, I have decided that a Limited Company is somewhat excessive and I am therefore returning to a Sole Trader tax status. I will still operate as Ultimate Global Escapes as I have always done, it is just that it will be Ultimate Global Escapes rather Ultimate Global Escapes Limited.

There will be no other change to my business, I have not been struck off or banned from being a director, it is a personal choice I have made which suits my business structure. I am simply dissolving the Limited Company status rather than the business.

My authorisation to trade as a travel agent is via my agreement with Your Holiday Booking who are the travel agency responsible for your bookings. Your Holiday Booking are a member of Midcounties Travel who hold the overall ABTA permissions. **Therefore, any bookings I make are under the Your Holiday Booking brand** - Ultimate Global Escapes is just my personal brand to demonstrate that I specialise in luxury travel but is not linked to any travel arrangements I book.
