To the front, there are views of the castle, Swansea Bay and, on a clear day, the Black Mountain in the Brecon Beacons. There is a smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, board games and books. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower cubicle. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room are next to the dining room, from which doors open onto the terrace and garden. There is garden furniture and a washing line, and guests have sole use of the lockable shed for storing surfboards, wetsuits, bikes and buggies.
