A busy week on the campsite with landscape work done, huts moving around and 2 of our caravans parked up and ready to go to their new homes.🤩

Next week will be even more exciting when our new caravans arrive to replace the 2 leaving!

Mull and Iona are open and easy to get to - via Lochaline!
With reduced capacity on the Oban - Craignure ferry through until May 10th, the best choice for getting on or off Mull is via the frequent, high-capacity, super-reliable, quick and cheap Lochaline to Fishnish ferry.
To make it even better during this period, a second ferry will be added in the next couple of days, to give more capacity and a longer operating day.
So if you are planning a trip to or from Mull between now and May 10th, please use the Lochaline ferry. You will be treated to one of Scotland's most scenic drives through Glen Coe, and a fast friendly ferry awaiting you at the other end. There's no need to pre-purchase your tickets either - just turn up and go.
Even if you have a booking for the Craignure ferry, you might want to consider changing your plans - that will free up space on the Oban route for those that can't use Lochaline. Thank you!

So rather excitingly the wildlife pond we dug out last spring is now full of frogspawn 🐸. It's fed by a spring which tends to dry out in summer but hopefully the froglets will have dispersed by then 😃
