The Mill sleeps up to 5. The Grain Store sleeps up to 5 and The Cattle Shed sleeps 2. Tomintoul 3 miles, Grantown on Spey 12 miles. Great location for touring The Highlands. Great walks on the Glenlivet Estate, many from the doorstep. Perfect for walking, cycling, skiing, fishing, shooting, whisky trail, castle trail, wildlife, golf, pony trekking, quadbiking, clay pigeons etc. Only 10 minute drive to The Lecht ski area, 35 minutes to Cairngorm Mountain and 1hr to Glenshee. Helpful visitor info and guidebooks / maps left in cottage by knowledgable owners who can assist with recommending activities / restaurants, etc. if required.

How lucky are we, 29th Feb and our frogs have arrived for a frolic 😁. Having counted 14 I guess we’re in for a bumper year of frogspawn 😍. Spring must be in air at last 🥳🌱💚

The Braes of Glenlivet is a place of peace and tranquility, a place of solitude, with historic links to ways of life long gone. The Bochal walk is a good example , with hut circles, a converted mill and views over to Scalan, dating back to the 1700’s, where an old catholic seminary and water mill sit at the foot of the snow capped Ladder Hills beyond. The Glenlivet Estate is a great place to explore and unwind - it’s right on our doorstep too 😁❤️🥾🐕‍🦺
