But in reality; this is not the weekend I have planned at all!!!
Sidney turned 12 on the 3rd January, but unfortunately he was pretty poorly, so his celebrations went on hold 🤒
But, this weekend he is really looking forward to finally celebrating with his friend. The plan is Mounting Biking (Christmas Pressie), followed by pizza, popcorn and a sleepover 🍕🍿🥳
The Spa will just have to wait 😆🤣😆

Try the 4-7-8 exercise now!!!
➡️ Rest the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth, and try to keep it there throughout the exercise.
➡️With your lips closed, breathe in through your nose over the course of four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds and, with a "whooshing exhale," release the air over a period of eight counts.
➡️Repeat the process as many times as necessary -- it's meant to serve as an oxygen boost and a method of slowing down heart rate ❤️❤️❤️

WOW!!! 👀Looking back over the last 2.5 years!!Our vision started by converting our annexe into a holiday home during covid!!However, within 3 months we soon realised that we had bigger plans, and wanted to create a holiday retreat. So we began looking for a new home, that could accommodate ‘the dream’. In March 2021 we moved to Toppesfield Hall where our dream was to become the reality!! Our Vision: to have 1 cottage, 6 woodland lodges and then move on to conversion of the old barn’s 😳But, living here too, we realised that this would just be too much; too many people and the ‘Retreat’ would turn into a glorified holiday park 😆So yes, our vision has changed; just a little!!!We do hope to build two more lodges in the future. And we now have two Bell Tents (which weren’t in the original plans at all).What have I learnt: There’s no pleasing everyone 😆 😂🤣After all, no two people are the same and everyone’s needs are different. I try not to take everything to heart, and where I can make changes I do! Have I changed? Ummm, I’m not sure about that! 🤔I still ‘worry’ when we have new guests arriving!! Are they going to love it, have I forgotten something etc etc. But I don’t think this is a negative, as I just like to ensure everyone has the best stay ever 🥰What a journey so far!!
