🚖 Important Notice: Tariff Increases Effective August 4th 🚖

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to inform you about some important changes to our tariff structure. Starting at 6:00 AM on Sunday, August 4th, there will be updates to our pricing.

Key Changes:

4-Seater Tariff One:
Pull off rate: Increasing from £4.10 to £4.20.
First mile rate: Increasing from £5.50 to £5.90.

4-Seater Tariff Two:

We are please to announce the prices remain the same for Tariff Two, and the increase is only on Tariff one times.

We understand that price changes can be inconvenient, and we have held off on this increase for as long as possible. However, due to rising operational costs, these adjustments are necessary to continue providing the high-quality service you expect from us.

Our commitment to quality service remains unwavering. We are dedicated to offering 24/7 service to ensure you have access to reliable transportation at any time.

Travelling through The Strand may result in an additional 10-20 minutes of travel time. To ensure fairness to our drivers, all trips will be metered rather than fixed-price.

Additionally, please be aware that there are limited areas on The Strand where pick-up and drop-off are permitted. We will make every effort to accommodate your individual needs to the best of our ability.
