All bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis and are only confirmed once the deposit of £60 is paid. The days of check in are Mondays for 4 nights, Fridays for 3 nights and Saturdays for 7 nights, other days/durations may be available, please ask. On departure day please leave the van in a clean state and as you found it when entering by 11.00 so it can be cleaned ready for our next guests. No Pets or Smoking are allowed in the van, ashtrays are provided for you to smoke outside (If smoking or pets are found to have happened, the deposit will not be refunded). Once you have left the van, our cleaners will go in and check everything is OK and do an itenary check , and once they have confirmed this, we will send your £60 deposit back via bank transfer within 48 hrs. Small accidents happen so if a plate or mug etc is broken we accept this, but please let us know so we can replace these things ready for other guests. Your payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday start date, and we will send a reminder 30 days before travel. If we do not receive payment we will cancel the booking and your deposit will NOT be returned. If you need a few days more, contact us and we may be able to arrange something, otherwise it will be let out again. Payments are taken via bank transfer for safety reasons for both parties. The bank details will be given on booking for the deposit to be paid. A receipt will be sent to you for all payments made as well. You can spread the cost of your stay by monthly payments if you wish to do so, please ask about this. (for example, you book in January for a weeks stay June 10th at a cost of £300, you can pay £75 on the 10th of each month in Feb, Mar, April and May)
If your stay is within 4 weeks, the full payment along with the £60 deposit will need to be paid straight away. If you need to cancel the holiday and you give us at least 28 days notice, we will return your £60 deposit. If you wish to change your date of travel, the deposit paid will be used for the new booking. Arrival
The van will be available for you to use from 3.00. When you arrive you will find a welcome folder in the van. This gives details of all the important things like what to do if your electricity goes of, what to do in the event of fire etc. It will have contact numbers as well as park telephone numbers. Also it will have details of local attractions and areas for you to visit and info regarding the parks facilities. Any other information or questions you need to know/ask, please call or msg us and we will do our best to help. When you collect your keys, reception will give you a barrier pass for entry and exit. They will ask for a £20 deposit which is given back on your departure day.
