The last weekend of school holidays and Truro will be celebrating in style with two fantastic events tomorrow.

The Cornwall Shop Small & Truro Farmers Market team will be hosting their regular monthly BIG Truro Market which will be held on Boscawen Street. There will be 60 stalls featuring independent traders including everything from fresh produce, fashion, jewellery and much more.

The fun will continue with Cornwall Pride back who will be back in Truro where it all began. Come and celebrate the largest Pride event in Cornwall with the parade from 12.00 Noon with entertainment on Lemon Quay until 19.00.

The role will be responsible for developing and supporting the external digital communications for Truro City Council and for supporting the manager of Visit Truro to lead comprehensive efforts to promote and market Truro as a key visitor destination.

This is a full time permanent role.

Thereโ€™s still time to take part in the Denzel Trail round Truro.

Maps can be picked up from either the Visit Truro Visitor Information shop, Boscawen Street or Truro Community Library, Pydar Street.

Follow the map, collect the letters and spell the phase. Once you have collected all the clues head back to the visitor information shop or Library to collect your โ€˜ I Love Denzel Stickerโ€™ and enter the prize draw.

Please note the trail runs until Sunday 1st September.

Rachel is a versatile covers artist singing songs from 50โ€™s to current and performs across Cornwall. Rachel is also Cornwall's Dame Vera Lynn tribute artist and recently performed at St Columb Major Carnival as well as taking part in Falmouth's D.Day 80 Anniversary.

Taking centre stage on Saturday 28th September at 12.00, Paul will be showcasing and recreating new recipes from his debut cook book 'For the Love of Food' .

It is not long until the city centre will be filled with classic and vintage vehicles for the second Truro Classic Car Show, which is taking place this Sunday 28 July.

Featuring much-cherished cars from the 1920โ€™s to the 2020s, the show will be the chance to appreciate a variety of classic brands including Mini, Ford, Jaguar, Triumph, Morris and MG.

There will also be automobilia and autojumbles stalls, plus live music and the city centre will be traffic-free all day.
Entrance is free and Macmillan Cancer Support will be fundraising on the day.
