We are opening a new space!
Our events side of the business- and are growing all the time and our teams deserve year round employment.

We want to create a place to base our production kitchen that is open year round and connects with the whole community.

We hope Mount Hawke will be exactly this.

So come and see us on Saturday to add your energy.
We will lite our fires, cook some Canteen Classics and start this next chapter off with a positivity that we are known for.

Exciting!

As you guys may know our Chef and business partner Adam Vasey] hung up his Schooners apron earlier this year to purse some exciting new projects so it’s with great pleasure that we can announce his new venture

Night Hatch is a collaboration between Adam Vasey] and his extended family at Chapel Porth Beach Cafe. This will see him and the Chapel gang keep the hatch open into the evenings on weekends throughout the summer, serving up plates of steaming shellfish and smokey meats influenced by his travels in South East Asia and beyond.

Expect no airs and graces here, just rugged outdoor dining at its finest along with big flavours, unforgettable views and guaranteed good times.

We’re stoked to share Vasey’s new project here and will be down there any chance we get! Give a follow for more updates. Night Hatch website coming real soon.

This is the last week of our winter hours, we are closing 5pm today and tomorrow but from then on in we will be open 7 days a week, serving food 10am to 9pm 🙂
