We are really busy here this week so the leisure facilities are closed to non-residents I am afraid. Pop up on Tuesday night for Doh pizza Cornwall or Thursday evening for The Taco Wagon if you are staying in the area.

Introducing the team behind all things Trewince! We started the season with a great night of team-building and are refreshed and ready to welcome you all for the coming season.

Our facilities are open to residents and members only this week as we are full to brimming. What a great way to start the season!

I’ve been a little absent from here over the last few weeks - family commitments took priority and I had a stark lesson in keeping lots of plates in the air, without losing my head!

Self care didn’t happen for a while, and crikey, it made a difference. I simply wasn’t practicing what I preach.

But making sure I made a little time here and there for myself helped so much - and I’ve found a new rhythm for want of a better word, in how I manage my days, and trying to space things out. And not being afraid to say no - this is so hard isn’t it? I’ve found saying ‘sorry, I’m not available on that day’ is a much easier way to say no.

And it means that I can often still do whatever it is, but just more on my terms. It’s quite empowering to step into a place where you can say no, and be comfortable with it.

The Green Room is back open after the Easter break from Monday 15th, and I’m now taking bookings from Tuesday 23rd April. If you are in need of some self care, advice, or skincare please do get in touch. I’m always happy to chat via messenger if you have any questions.
