Kate Hayes - Travel Counsellors, UK Hi my name is Kate Hayes and I am your local Travel Counsellor with over 30 years in the travel business. I very much look forward to hearing from you.

The advantage of being a Travel Counsellor is the fact that I am not bound to any Tour Operators and neither do I have sales targets. Therefore I am able to take care of your specific holiday requirements making sure that I find the perfect holiday for you. I understand that time is very precious, searching through the internet can be very time consuming and often difficult to understand exactly

what it is included. Let me do the searching for you using Travel Counsellors award winning technology, making sure your precious time is spent on more important things. I have always had a passion for travel and have been working in the Travel Industry for over 20 years. I started as a trainee and worked my way up to Branch Manager for the then Bakers Dolphin (Based in the West Country). I have also experienced working for numerous tour operators, Unijet and more recently North America Travel Service & Key to America. Working for these organisations has enabled me to have some amazing experiences: From travelling on the Orient Express, to escorting a group of people to New Zealand visiting Singapore and Fiji en route, seeing Orang Utans in their natural environment in Borneo, being able to say that I have seen the ancient sights in Egypt as well as the Mayan sights in Mexico. I have also been fortunate to visit cities such as New York, Istanbul & Paris, been ranching in Arizona, driven the Big Sur in California, explored the Hawaiian Islands, been whale watching in New England and Heli Hiking in the Canadian Rockies, explored amazing South Africa and all that it has to offer including the most wonderful Shamwari Game Reserve as well as experiencing all the fun that is to be had in Orlando Florida to name but a few! Being a Travel Counsellor affords me the opportunity to provide the very best level of customer service and ultimately provide the perfect travel arrangements for you. Working from home, without the distractions of the high street I am able to offer a tailor made personal service when arranging your holiday, whether this is a package, cruise, flight, accommodation only, car hire, airport parking or currency exchange - with no extra cost to you.
