This two-storey cottage has its own private terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or sit out for a relaxing evening meal. The terrace is accessible directly from the spacious lounge/diner, which has two comfy sofas and a SMART TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up a hearty breakfast, and has a fridge/freezer for storing food, electric cooker, hob, washing machine, drier, microwave, kettle, ironing board and iron, and cutlery/cooking utensils.. This cottage is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a bit of extra space.
Downstairs the bathroom has bath and overhead shower, WC. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, which have a solid-wood wardrobe and bedside tables.

Nutley Edge is a stone’s throw from the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you can really lose yourself in the natural world.
