Summer Isles Sea Tours Cruise around the picturesque Summer Isles and see our stunning scenery and wildlife. Leaving daily from Badentarbet Pier, Achiltibuie, IV26 2YG.

Tours are currently running daily from Monday to Saturday. Booking is essential. Hope to welcome you aboard Take a trip around the stunning Summer Isles aboard MV Isabella, a fast and modern passenger vessel. Your tour will begin as soon as we leave the pier at Badentarbet, with spectacular views of the mainland villages of Achiltibuie and Polbain, and behind this clear views of the mountains Stac

Pollaidh, Suilven, Ben Mor Coigach, Sgurr an Fhidhleir and Connival. As we head further out to sea we cruise around the beautiful Tanera Beag, you will see some stunning caves and rock formations, see the amazing seal colony and lots of species of sea birds. On a clear day the Outer Hebridean islands Lewis and Harris may be seen to the west. Then we return back to the mainland and we will land where we began at the pier. We normally run 3 cruises per day depending on bookings and weather, and each tour will last approximately 2 hours.

12.30pm-2.30pm
3pm-5pm

Due to the ongoing building works we are currently unable to stop on Tanera Mor so please bring your own snacks and drinks. Prices for our tours will be £35 each for adults, £18 for children under 18, and under 5's go free. Dogs are welcome but we require them to be kept on a lead at all times while on board. We also provide evening tours, sea angling trips and private charters, please call us on 07927 920592 for more information if these appeal to you. Evening tours: the evening tours would run in the same way as the day tours, unless the boat is privately chartered. This is a much more relaxed tour with the possibility of seeing a stunning sunset from sea. We will still dock on the island to allow some exploring time however the cafe will be shut. Sea angling: The bigger fish are caught at sea, so whether you are a complete beginner or expert angler, our sea angling trip will be perfect. Rods can be provided if required, and all fish caught are yours to keep. We require a minimum of four fishing passengers to run an angling trip. Private charters: Why not ensure you have the perfect tour by directing how it is run. If you wish to charter the boat and captain, you can control where she goes and for how long depending on what it is you would like to see. So why not take your family or friends, a picnic and a nice bottle of wine and enjoy the luxury of a private hire. ⚠️ Stand-up Paddleboarding ⚠️

Stand-up Paddleboarding is fast becoming one of the nation’s favourite water sports. Sales have sky rocketed and many retailers are offering budget boards. Any water based activity has inherent risks so take some time to familiarise yourself before heading out on the water.

✅ Wear a life jacket and ensure all children do
✅ If using on the sea check the weather and tide times - only venture out on an INCOMING tide and stay in close range of the shore
✅ Carry a means of calling for help in a waterproof bag

Enjoy the outdoors and the water responsibly by being aware of the risks and having a safety plan.

📷 a camera or phone to photograph the stunning views and wildlife. Binoculars can be useful too if you have them
🧥 a warm jacket, it can be chilly at sea even if it’s warm on land
🧃 drinks and snacks, we are currently unable to land on Tanera so there is no cafe available

Autumn is a perfect time to explore our beautiful coastal areas, but safety should always come first. Have fun this half term but please take care and:
