Fully in the stretch zone today in the Brevant mountain range, 8 pitch AD alpine rock ridge with a big walk in finishing with a huge 65 metre abseil.

Stretch zone - the magic place in between the comfort zone and panic zone. This is where you really develop everything about yourself. Aim for it everyday 🏔️
