This private luxury apartment over two floors. Ground floor entrance comprises a washing machine and tumble dryer and a door leading up stairs. First floor comprises a bedroom with kingsize bed and 55″ TV, ensuite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. This apartment sleeps 4 people with the use of the bed and the sofa in the lounge area, ideal for a small family. There is a newly fitted kitchen leading on to the sitting area which has a couch, coffee table, 55″ 4K TV with over 1000 apps including Netflix & YouTube (provided you have a username and password for each app) and patio doors opening out to a purpose built balcony with toughened glass balustrade. The balcony holds the 5 person private hot tub, patio table, chairs, lounger and parasol boasts the most spectacular views.
