One of the main reasons customers love to book their holiday with me is that they can ask me anything at anytime (within reason)both before and during their holiday.
There's no waiting on the phone on hold or having frustrating conversations with chat bots, I'm a simple phone call or message away for help with anything and I do all the talking to airlines, tour operators and resorts for you.
I always hope that customers won't need to contact me whilst they are away but they find it really reassuring that they can if they need to and I'm always here and happy to help!
