We sit and wonder what this is all about...we want to scream but without a doubt...it will be over one day soon ...and we'll think back on this doom and gloom....the lessons learned and friendships made....lush family time and kindness gave... working together so proud to be......a United Kingdom ..you and me ......we will remember the front line workers, we lost along the way.....and never forget the price they paid, DEVOTED every day.....The NHS who had our backs so we could stay at home...helping one another and folks who were alone ....families bonding together spending precious quality time.....keeping each other home and safe.....while the NHS walked the line....and we learned to walk along next to them all of us UNITED......and when COVID19 is just a part of history..we will be so excited......never ever forgetting those who lost their lifes , mother brother sister husband daughter wife...💔💔❤❤💔

Hello, I just got a rather sad call from Pete, 😞His MSR HUBBA NX seems to have not been able to cope with the wind last night and a pole has broken and he has a tangled mess left as a tent !!!!!

I have booked him an air b and b tonight and have to try and get another tent to him as he is not ready to give up his 630 mile trek😁

It also seems that my 8 Grandchildren and I are not going to have cuddles as the ban to the USA starts Monday night and my flight was Tuesday..I,m heartbtroken...

But hoping I can get a tent to Pete even if it means I get the train to him and take hime one... an maybe do some hiking with him before his trek is over as I wont be going to the USA now..

Life is so very unpredictable and we never know what lies ahead BUT I KNOW MY PETE wont be defeated and I hope he CAN carry on..

Keep him in your thougts guys THANKS ###x❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️He will be in Hayle today, if anyone lives near and can lift his sprits ###

Off he goes ⛺⛺⛺🏕🏕Ah so weird having to watch him walk off as I always go with him... would love to have gone... going to be an incredible adventure for him !!! SOUTH WEST COAST PATH 630 miles xx So proud ❤⛺⛺🏕 we have done about 450 miles in stages together..but he wants to do it all ❤❤⛺🏕what we have seen has been incredible..if you have not done it in full or in stages you must 👍👍👍❤⛺❤

I'm off to Minehead with Pete Sunday and leave him Monday for his South West Coast Path 630 mile Adventure 👍👍😆🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏞🏞🏞⛺⛺⛺so very proud of him and know he will complete it in about 4 to 5 weeks ..stay safe love you ❤❤⛺⛺
