We loved staying here! Lodges were clean, we slept well and relaxed in the hottub. Enclosed decking area was great for our dog. A quiet site too. All the ingredients for a great break! Book direct with the owner.

The most amazing stay at Kiplin in the Worcestershire lodge. It was immaculate and so well set up and very modern. Kids loved the swings and games, adults loved the hot tub! Well resourced with washing machine, iron, hoover, teas and coffees, cleaning materials. Visited the local castle which was good. Brilliant location. A great time was had!

We’re excited to welcome back one of our regular guests for their second visit this year. This time, they’re bringing along their adorable bundle of joy, Marley.

To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay, they asked us to make sure the twin bedroom door stays closed, so Marley doesn’t accidentally wander in and wake up his parents. We’ve made a small adjustment to the latch to help keep the door securely closed, ensuring no more unexpected wake-up calls from Marley.

Help Needed: Insect Identification

On Saturday evening during my hot tub checks at Yorkshire Lodge, I had a beautiful surprise—a stunning orange and black insect decided to visit and even stayed until Sunday morning in the Yorkshire lodge and the office! soaking up the rays, not bubbles I think it might be an Orange or Tiger Mimic Queen butterfly, but I'm not entirely sure. Any help or advice on identifying this lovely creature would be greatly appreciated!

We spent 4 nights in the Durham lodge, 2 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The open plan layout and decked area is perfect for a big family. Older kids loved the swings at the park and the little ones were huge fans of the toy box. Plenty of lovely walks with the dogs, the area is perfect for exploring the local area. Such a peaceful and private site, plenty of space between lodges and the grounds are immaculate. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Weather was fantastic and the hot tub was a fab addition. Clean, well maintained and checked regularly. Absolutely would recommend Kiplin Lodge Park to large families looking for a stress free short break.

Huge Thanks and Well Done from the Whole Team

A big thank you to Gavin and his team at Swales Auto Sale. Recently, we had a guest, a veteran and someone I served with in Afghanistan, arrive at Kiplin Lodge Park who broke down and arrived via Lowes. He was looking forward to exploring the delights of God's County but found himself in a tough spot. We take great pride in providing a peaceful retreat at Kiplin Lodge Park, so we wanted to help.

The AA arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and arranged for the necessary part, which was ordered and collected from NPA Motor Factor in Brompton on Swale the next day. The guest needed a specific tool, so we headed to Halfords in Darlington. On the way, I stopped at Swales Auto and asked Gavin if we could borrow the tool. Without hesitation, Gavin consulted his mechanic, who kindly lent it to us. Just an hour later, our guests were back on the road and could enjoy their particular family time at our park.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Swales Auto for going above and beyond! Your kindness and support truly made a difference.

We stayed in the Lincolshire lodge and it was stunning. Well maintained and Hot tub checked daily and kept it's temperature. Was perfect for a relaxing few days away nice and quiet and some things for the kids to do on the grassed area. Would definitely recommend 👌

To some, you may not know that I did an apprenticeship at Treske and Anthony Nixon Furniture in all aspects of manufacturing high-end bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and free-standing units before joining the Royal Corps of Signals in the military. It was great to utilise the skills I learned there to improve a tired, broken fridge and unit, including edge banding and waxing.

These experiences have taught me the importance of craftsmanship and attention to detail, and I am proud to apply these skills to deliver quality results at Kiplin Lodge Park if you like to see me please just ask or like and share
