Just Incase you don’t know…..Nestled on the serene Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, this enchanting Riverside Cottage offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. And after the rain came the sun ☀️

In the quaint village of Trefor, nestled along the rugged coastline of the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, rain was a familiar companion. Days stretched into weeks, and still, the heavens poured forth their watery deluge, shrouding the landscape in mist and gray.

But then, one morning, as we peered out from beneath the rain-streaked windows, we noticed something different in the air. The sound of raindrops had ceased, replaced by a gentle silence that seemed to hold the promise of something new.

With cautious optimism, we stepped outside, blinking in the soft light that filtered through the dissipating clouds. And there, on the horizon, a faint glow appeared, heralding the return of the sun.

As the clouds parted, revealing patches of brilliant blue sky, a sense of wonder filled the air. Children laughed and danced in the streets, their faces upturned to feel the warmth of the long-absent sun. Farmers emerged from their cottages, surveying their fields with hopeful eyes, eager to resume their work under clearer skies.

In the harbor, fishermen prepared their boats, their hearts lifted by the sight of the tranquil sea reflecting the beauty of the newfound sunlight.

As the day unfolded, Trefor transformed before their eyes, shedding its cloak of rain and embracing the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

Who am I?

I thought I would post a quick intro for my new followers over here at .a.mor 💁🏼‍♀️

Hi I am Zoë, I live in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (Mid Wales) I’m a very busy mum to 4 boys (two have flown the nest) so life is definitely quieter than having 4 boys in one house! I also own and run and in Spain, where we help lovely people find their dream home in the sun! So regularly am found flying to spain or working from my home office in Mid Wales … or wherever I have parked my VW camper for the night (yes I’m one of those too ! ) in my very limited spare time, I love hiking in North Wales, hanging off mountains and ridges and star jumping usually shouting “aren’t we lucky?” to anyone who will listen. All of the canvases in the cottage are my favourite places in Snowdonia! Can you guess where they are all? I also love travelling anywhere new, home or abroad! I love photography, as well as sunsets and sunrises, wild swims or on a lake with my sup board and of course a bit of yoga.

I bought the cottage in April 2021 and quickly had it ready for summer 2021 rentals (endlessly grateful to those who helped) x

The cottage has gone from strength to strength, I feel both grateful and proud ✨ and it’s still my favourite place to go to get away from it all, work from 👩🏼‍💻 and have a base for my Snowdonia adventures!
