Thank you Graham for this lovely review, "As soon as we entered the property we immediately felt at home. It was spotlessly clean and every care had been taken to provide us with everything we could have wished for, towels, coffee, teabags, laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, to name but a few. The house was furnished to a very high standard and it was a pleasure to come home and relax in after a busy day out in Sheringham. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk into the town and to nearby Tesco, however at the same time is situated is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend and would re-book without hesitation".

Another lovely review: "Great property within walking distance of the town centre, close to local amenities. The property was lovely and clean and well equipped as always. "What a lovely house this is, beautifully decorated and in a great position just 2 minutes from the the Main Street and 10 minutes walk to the beach, the house is well equipped and and comfortable throughout and a small but nice patio that’s a real sun trap. If we return to Sheringham we will definitely book here again".

Extremely comfortable settees and bed. Spacious kitchen with everything you could need. We would love to stay again".

As we go into the second lockdown, we are taking this opportunity to have our house deep cleaned and anti-viral fogged, as well as some small maintenance issues addressed. 😄A lovely review from a recent guest - "We had an excellent short break at Gardeners Rest. The cottage was really clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to the North Norfolk Railway and the town. Tesco is just a short walk away. There is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were able to park right outside the cottage. The area was really quiet and peaceful. We just wish we had booked to stay longer".

We are pleased to announce that we are "Good To Go” the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. We still have a few dates available in August and September.

🍾We are so happy to announce, we will be accepting our lovely guests back from 4th July 2020. We will be following all Government Guidelines in respect of cleaning, ensuring our cleaners have adequate PPE and the correct cleaning products to ensure our house is cleaned to a very High Standard in-between stays. We are also not encouraging back to back stays at the moment to allow sufficient time for the property to be cleaned and aired in between bookings.

From 4th July 2020 we hope to re-open (following Government guidelines). We still have a few dates available this year. We will offering short breaks throughout the summer holidays and due to enhanced cleaning procedures (Government guidelines) we have changed our arrival time to 4pm - the wellbeing of our cleaners and guests is our priority.
