We absolutely love doing what we do and welcoming guests from near and far to our little spot in the countryside - we are currently hosting guests from the USA that are visiting family nearby!

Our day at The Lincolnshire Show never disappoints!

This year for us and our 3 year old farm enthusiast little boy it mainly consisted of tractors, animals and a few welcomed refreshment breaks for Pimms for Mum & Dad 🐄🐖🐏🍹

However there is so much more to see and do including; shopping, horticulture, food and drink, local arts and crafts, live music and entertainment plus much more! There is something for everybody 🪴💐🎨🎭🥁

The Cartshed is located a very convenient 40 minute drive from The Lincolnshire showground making it the the perfect mid week countryside getaway 🌾

We were so pleased that we could make Zara’s first family holiday go as smoothly as possible for her.

Here at The Cartshed we know what it’s like to be travelling with children and the many things you have to pack in the car. To save your space we can provide everything from a travel cot, a highchair, child friendly crockery and even a few toys 🧸🎨

Tractors & cows, just a couple of things that make this little boy very happy 🚜🐄

On your visit to The Cartshed you may well see the tractors come past your window or the cows grazing in the field. I hope they make you feel as happy as they do Rex 😊🌾

When we had some dry weather last week we decided to have a little spruce up of the flowers beds to make it feel more like spring! Our little helper did a pretty good job of watering too 🌸🌺🌼

🥧 NATIONAL PIE WEEK 🥧

What a perfect excuse to head down to our local butcher this afternoon to grab a pie for tea tonight 🥧

Westlands Farm Shop - North Wheatley is located right at the bottom of the lane from The Cartshed, a 5 minute drive or if you fancy soaking up the views with a nice stroll it’s a 19 minute walk.

Aswell as pies, you can grab your bacon and sausage for breakfast, a juicy steak for tea plus much more 🥓🥩🍗
