Time to say goodbye to after a week of unhelpful, rude and frankly shocking customer support we will take our lovely and exemptional well performing chalet off the booking.com platform! An error by the company leading to confusing messages to our guests and financial loss for us is unacceptable and we simply cannot run a small business with a partner behaving like this. Not a big issue since you save money booking direct via our website anyway! Say no to capitalist companies and yes to small businesses ✌️
