Privately owned luxury caravan for hire for either 7 or 14 night breaks on 5* Perran Sands Holiday Park, Perranporth, Cornwall. It is a Haven site located on the North West Coast of Cornwall approximately 6 miles (15 mins) from Newquay (Sufers' Paradise). The park has it's own private beach; however, access can be difficult for people with imp

aired mobility. The site is ideal for families of all ages, there is so much to do that there is no reason to leave the site although you will be surrounded by wonderful places to go and things to see. The caravan is brand new for the 2019 season and offers a high standard of interior furnishings as well as the home comforts of double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings. Caravan features include:

43ft x 14ft = 3 bedrooms
Additional sleeping in the lounge
Double glazing & Central Heating
Contemporary free-standing sofa & 2 cuddle chairs
Free-standing dining table & chairs
TV's with built in DVD players in living room, kithen/diner and every bedroom
Double bed in master bedroom with ensuite shower room

Please be aware that a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. We also have to charge a damage/security bond of £150 which is due 1 week before the holiday start date. Please note that the caravan is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
