5 St Ives is a 3 bedroom property situated in the heart of St Ives. House has outside area and balcony on 3rd floor that allows you to have an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine whilst enjoying the sea view towards Godrevy.

Entrance hall leads to open plan living and dining area where there is a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably and two large sofas to enjoy chilling and relaxing with family and friends. There is a TV and house has free WiFi. House is heated with central heating

Open plan kitchen where there is a breakfast table with chairs. Kitchen is equipped fully with air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle and gas/electric oven. Kitchen has a fridge freezer and washing machine also. There is a serving hatch that opens to the living dining area so if you are the one making the brew you can still catch the chat that is going on.

Hall leads up to the first floor where there is a bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. Further stairs lead up to twin bedroom and double bedroom with wardrobes and dressing table.

Third bedroom is up a further flight of stairs in attic space that has a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is wardrobe space for your outfits and further chest of drawers. French doors lead out onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine or an early morning coffee.

Our lovely caravan has three bedrooms comprising of one double and two twin bedded rooms. We only sleep 6 people.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with a hand basin in the master bedroom.

Within the caravan you will find complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a mini-Bluetooth speaker; a microwave, full size oven/grill, kettle, toaster, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. There is also a window hanging clothes dryer with pegs.

Some children’s games and playing cards have been provided too.

We have front and side decking.

Our caravan on Caister on Sea Holiday Park, is very much our family holiday home, so we would appreciate that you care for it during your stay. Please take care of our lovely place, just as you would your own home.

Luxury static caravan on premium pitch on the holiday park. We have a secluded corner plot close to the outdoor pool, park, shop, reception and crazy golf…..but far enough away to be peaceful.

3 Bedrooms (1x double, 2x twins). Max occupancy 6 people.

We are based in a small countryside village called Crantock, which is on the outskirts of Newquay, Cornwall.. At Polkilden we are no smoking, and pet friendly (depending on amount of dogs and breeds, and will not except any dogs from the 1991 Dangerous Dog list). We have a tarmac drive allowing for 1 to 2 cars and on a corner plot, allowing for a more private and spacious stay. As you approach Polkilden you have 3 steps up (banisters both sides- one with the key safe on) and a gate, the decking gets a good amount of sun by day for sun worshipers, and we even have a outdoor dining area for your alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner!

A 3 bedroom caravan, with 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The double bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet, wardrobe and dressing table.

The twin rooms both come with ample storage for clothes and kids toys.

The open plan living, dining room and Kitchen are spacious with plenty of seating for all. A double pull out bed is available for additional guests.

Outside there is small decking area and steps down to a 2 car parking space (depending on the size of your car).

There is also onsite entertainment, shops, restaurants and takeaways as well as a mini mart and laundrette. The town of Berwick is just a short ten minute walk away, while well known locations such as Holy Island and Alnwick are a very short drive away.

There is a local train station just a short 10min walk with links to Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Newcastle and other areas of the country. A great stopping place for exploring the Northumberland coast and the Scottish borders.

Can we tempt you all on holiday to a Grade II Listed holiday home with just over a quarter of an acre garden with 4ft minimum boundaries. Genuinely no limit on the number of dogs, we don’t ask what breeds they are, why would we? They are welcome in all rooms, on sofas with your throws, and on the beds with your bedding and duvets or for a small charge you can use our duvets to save on packing space.

For human guests, our holiday home accommodates up to 8 people and 2 infants in 4 bedrooms, including The Owls Roost, Portrait Gallery, Dilly Dally with king-size beds and the Salty Sea Dog a twin.

On the 1st and 2nd floors of the house are two bedrooms and a bathroom, we also have a downstairs cloakroom. The 1st-floor Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a wonderful rain shower and in the 2nd-floor bathroom you will be greeted by a decadent free-standing, roll-top, claw-footed double-ended bath, time to unwind! Or if showers are more your thing the walk-in shower with a wonderful rain shower.

You’ll have plenty of space to relax with four reception rooms, including a kitchen diner, lounge with a Woodburner, snug with a range of games and books for all ages, and a separate dining room.

Your dogs can paddle in our stream or zoom around the garden, perhaps they will just enjoy mooching in the large enclosed courtyard. The kitchen opens up onto the courtyard and a footbridge across the stream leads to the garden so you can open the back door and let them free!

The external walls of the garden are stone walls with bushes in front and 4ft, the 5 bar gate is covered in fine mesh to the ground. One side is 4ft high rabbit fencing with a hedge in front. The large enclosed courtyard on one side has the house, the 2nd side has a wall over 6ft, the 3rd side is a wall with a solid gate a minimum of 5ft, the 4th side has a stream with a low wall and garden gate into the huge enclosed garden.

If you are you looking for a unique holiday experience where you and your dogs can stay inside a private dog park? You’ve found it! Our holiday home is located inside a 1.2-acre garden and a wood area, all enclosed with 5ft stock fencing, similar to the ones you find in dog parks.

We welcome any number of dogs and don’t ask for breed information, because why would we? Your dogs are free to relax on sofas and beds, on sofas with your throws, and on the beds with your bedding and duvets or for a small charge use our duvets We even have a temperature-controlled outside dog shower for their comfort. In the utility, there is a separate fridge freezer for raw feeders, with a set of scales and a kettle.

Up to 8 guests and 2 infants in travel cots (provided) are welcome to stay.

2,500sqft of newly renovated house await you with sea views, soft sofas, an entertaining kitchen, and super comfortable beds. A super king, The Lighthouse Suite, 2 kingsize, The Garden Room and The Beehive, and a zip link king, The Boathouse, that can also be 2 full-size single beds. All bedrooms have TVs and are ensuite with Rainfall showers and the Lighthouse Suite also has a double-ended roll-top bath.

No matter what your preference is, we’ve got you covered! You can enjoy table tennis or table football tournaments in the games room, toast marshmallows around the handmade firepit, have BBQs in the Secret Garden, or simply relax and unwind in the outdoor lookout lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea.

A large patio area with a substantial dining set & barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy abundent wild life, and the afternoon and evening sunshine that Cornwall has to offer. British countryside at its finest. If you are feeling more energetic, there is a free on-site tennis court for your use, on a first come, first served basis.

The lodge is presented to a high standard and there are plenty of oak beams adding to the charm of the property. A log burner gas effect fire provides a cosy ambience for those looking for an autumn or winter holiday, perfect for snuggling down with a mug of hot chocolate or a glass of wine to watch that movie or read your favourite book.

There is a well fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and the dining area has a table with seating for 6. We also provide a high chair and junior chair.

Within easy reach of North Coast beaches, Tintagel and Boscastle, the surrounding area offers plenty of things to do for all interests: surfing, National Trust Properties, Gardens to visit, Golf, Children’s entertainment and much more.

One superb shower room with wash hand basin, wc and a large, low level entry shower tray, is located on the ground floor, together with one double bedroom also on the ground floor this makes an ideal property for those with mobility issues

The King bedroom and second bedroom with twin beds is located on the first floor, together with bathroom with bath, shower over, wc and wash hand basin.

Rooms include a bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed, vanity unit, shaver point and walk in wardrobe. The shower room contains a shower, wash basin and toilet. Splendid views are a plus point in the lounge on the first floor which has a sofa bed, chairs, TV and electric fire.

The kitchen/dining area has a table and chairs for 4, a washing machine, ironing facilities, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and ample crockery. A cot and high chair are also available.

We are a family-run holiday rental business offering chalets for hire on the Welcome Family Holiday Park. Each chalet sleeps up to 8 persons, and a well-behaved dog is allowed at no extra charge. We offer free wifi, free linen hire, and free electricity. There is parking available at either side of the chalet block for your convenience. As trade vehicles, campervans and boats at not allowed on site, we offer free parking on our driveway next to the park. Upstairs, there is a double and twin bedroom, with sofa-bed for two guests. There is a bathroom upstairs, with full size bath plus electric shower. Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge and kitchen, with an extra sofabed provided. An outside dining area is provided for our guests, overlooking well kept communal gardens.
