Despite the wind and heavy showers we took a walk up to the waterfall at Lake Vyrnwy. Many people go to the famous dam end of the lake but it’s worth taking a trip to the opposite end. There is an easy walk up to this waterfall which with the heavy rain is quite spectacular at the moment

Some great photos of Rodneys Pillar taken last weekend by our friends. This is quite a famous local landmark and its a close walk for guests. The walk to the top takes a couple of hours if you are a leisurely stroller like me. Its well worth it as the views are breathtaking.
