A Bespoke odd looking experimental design digger bracket which fits a Bomford flail head to a digger or a dipper arm extension on a digger to reach inside the very deep drains of Holderness.

The digger brackets are welded to connection plate which is multi drilled. This means the 12ton digger bracket with its multi drilled connection plate can be removed and swapped with a 20ton or 3CX digger bracket with the same multi drilled plate to fit the flail head with 6-12 bolts depending on digger or attachment.

The Airman generator has done well over 12 years service running my fabrication shop's 3 phase machines. Reliability is key to running my busy fabrication shop after a lot thinking over the last couple of years, I have made the jump and upgrade with a this replacement generator. All fitted and now running the my fabrication shop. 😀

The dark art of welding, happpy times!

This week at last, I have been able to get my new section rollers out from the corner of my workshop, Rolling 40x60x2.5mm RHS for the top rails on a large cantilever gate I am fabricating.

You can’t beat time on the stick welder. Stick welding is still my favourite welder. Stick welding (MMA) is where my welding journey stared at night classes @ Bishop Burton College in South Holderness school workshops back in 1997.

A little bit of on site welding last week, filmed in slow motion.

I had a little job to do on the lathe this afternoon, turning down some round bar to make a drive shaft adapter for a small hole borer.
