The Hearth is a yearlong deep dive into connection with your soul self, community, belonging, and the wider web of life... I've been holding space for decades now, and it's been an honour to witness individuals connect deeply with their being… this year's course is a culmination of over 25 years of me and my work !!

Starting on the 2-7 May, we will meet deep in the forest around the Hearth fire and begin our yearlong journey together here on the land at Earth Heart. The course will dive into personal healing from historical trauma and core wounds… ceremonies for transformation… nature-based practices and deep circle work. All of this is curated within a community of humans that seek authentic relating and to be living the life they long for.

This is a post for all of you gorgeous Autumn Queen women 👸🏽… I'm sharing this video with you about s*x and the menopause as it's a subject I am passionate about, it's so important and hugely under served and misunderstood.

This was at Buddhafield this year and was pretty edgy as men where also invited to listen, some where in tears by the end and one said if he had known about this before.. he believes his marriage would not have ended 🙏. This work is so important to me and from the feedback I’ve received, it’s SO so important for many women at all stages of the Menopause journey.

I'm offering a workshop on the 9-10 November here at EarthHeart to dive into this subject and it's gonna be potent, life changing and to the point !!!

This is so important. We can get lazy and think if we buy eggs labelled 'organic' or 'free range' in the supermarket that there are all these lovely fluffy chickens roaming about in a massive grassy field pecking seeds and feeling relaxed and healthy. NOT at all, look at the one that says organic and the one that says free range. The regulations about organic and free range are really really poor. Do not be fooled. The ONLY eggs that are ok is if they say pasture fed.
Eggs last a long time so if you have to go a little further afield to get them then you can buy in bulk and store longterm

Buying healthy truly pasture fed chickens and or their eggs is a relatively simple thing to do and for the huge positive impact on them and on your health !!

LoveJam festival 2024 - deep bow to you 🙏💚

I have been wanting to go to LoveJam for a few years now but the dates always clashed for me. This year I made it. Having been a festival veteran for nearly 44 years and part of creating the early free festivals and conscious camps movements back in the early 80's, LoveJam managed to capture so many of the best aspects of what makes conscious festival magic.

It was like a mixture of Buddhafield festival 20 years ago (and much smaller) and Medicine festival. As soon as I arrived I could feel the frequency of the vision and how it was infused in all aspects of the event, from infa-structrue, the crew and all the offerings. With the next generation of festival creators, I have wondered whether the essence of what was birthed all those decades ago would or could be carried forwards. Well, I would say not only is that a big yes but they have added so much more too. I was so inspired by the creativity, the love, the care, the open heartedness, the no drugs and alcohol policy that did not in any way diminish the amount of fun, wildness, freedom and connection to be had.

All the infa-structure was beautifully made and the spaces. So much music and inclusivity, not polished or pretentious, at all, quite humble and everywhere was a welcoming place and space. People so open and friendly. There is so much to celebrate and it might just be my new favourite festival which had been held by Buddhafield for so many many years. And they are similar in many ways, a combination of the early days of Buddhafield when it was small and before it became a victim to it's own success. It is of course still amazing and I am sure will continue to be but LoveJam was small and had that wonderful quality of intimacy which is just impossible to keep once an event gets to a certain size.

Nathan the founder is also an amazing young man and his integrity could be felt throughout the whole event. If your wondering about going, I highly recommend.

I have spent a lot of time sitting around the fire this summer, either here on the land or at various festivals and camps. This has been the centre of my life for my entire life and I honestly would not be a sane person without it. It is so holding, connecting, comforting and stilling. Fire hearths where at the heart of the life of our deep time ancestors and we have lost this way of living. We may not be able to fully live like this now and TV has become our fire hearth.
