Meet Marie, the Empowerment & Meditation Coach ; a roller skating enthusiast and lover of 90’s dance music. She’s a mindset shifter, cheerleader, and hype woman who embraces imperfections while creating a lasting legacy.

Marie is on a mission to help women reclaim their power and find joy without losing themselves or conforming. She believes in taking up space and being authentically YOU. Embrace the imperfect, unfinished version of yourself because your time is NOW.

Yesterday we met for a couple of hours to work on bringing the festival together and today, I’ve got to say I woke up feeling super excited 🙌🏼.

We’ve still got plenty to do and the to do list (on top of running our full time businesses and mum life) has been a little overwhelming at times. Definitely a few 4am wake ups over the last few weeks - BUT the support and love we’ve felt from the our community already has been just amazing.

So many practitioners wanting to be involved and such lovely feed back. Keep your eyes on this page as we announce each of them.

We’re excited to see a shopping village full of beautiful craft stalls and more. And food conversations are happening - watch this space.

We’re basically just trying to create an event we’d love to attend and a space for people to come and take time out, where local well-being practitioners can showcase their offerings. If it becomes an annual event, even better!

We just need your help with sharing our posts so we can sell as many tickets as possible, so we can break even, make it a success and hopefully keep doing it - year after year.

YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️

We are so pleased to be welcoming two amazing yoga instructors to the who will be delivering beautiful yoga flows during the day.

The main tipi will begin with an invigorating morning flow to start the day & get everyone ready for a fantastic, feel-good day. Later on, we will be treated to another yoga session with an energising afternoon flow.

Meet the team behind Staffordshire’s Happy Soul Fest 🫶🏻

Introducing friends and fellow female founders Phillippa and Rachelle ✨

Phillippa is a qualified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, who believes in helping people transform their health and take back control of their journey. She launched her business back in 2022 and has been helping women through 1:1 services, workshops, retreats, soul circles and so much more ever since.

Rachelle set up 6 years ago and works with big brands and small businesses on their social media marketing. She works with kitchen, homewares and well-being brands and is passionate about empowering female founders to embrace social media to boost their businesses.

These two wanted to bring an event to Staffordshire that they would love to attend and have built up the most awesome network of Staffordshire small businesses working tirelessly for the well-being of the county through the female freelancers and founders network that they’re both a part of.

We’re working closely with the amazing team at and the event is designed to showcase some of the amazing practices on offer locally and to communicate that wellness and self care is for everyone. We can’t wait for a day of connection, relaxation, fun and [fingers crossed] sunshine ✨.

Connecting with nature 🌿

We're keeping everything crossed for a beautiful, sunny day for the Happy Soul Festival in June.

With the beautiful setting of if the elements allow it, we will be making sure our wellness practices can be in and outdoor ☀️ as well as all the amazing artisan craft & food stalls.
