It’s good to be back !
Thanks to the management and staff of the Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore for having me back for my 25th year
It’s really hard for me to believe I’ve been doing this so long , meeting 1000’s of lovely people year after year from all across the world - it’s a lovely feeling starting again on may 1st and no midgies yet is a huge plus 😀😀
It’s 18.30 to 19.00 each night till 30/09/24

11 wildcat kittens have been born at our conservation breeding for release centre at Highland Wildlife Park - and there may be more to come!

These kittens will play an important role in securing a future for the species.

Saving Wildcats is led by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) in collaboration with NatureScot, Forestry and Land Scotland, Cairngorms National Park, Nordens Ark, Junta de Andalucía and with releases being conducted with the support of Cairngorms Connect.

The new ariel net challenge at Landmark, & new bike track on Cairngorm Mountain are on our list for our next visit as well as our old favorites; lunch and pool at Mambos, dinner at The Old Bridge Inn and Balavoulin, cycling to Boat of Garten with a quick stop at the Boat Hotel. And for our nephews this trip we are planning a drive to Loch Ness for to say hi to Nessy!
