Notice to all customers of Red Anvil Farriery.

In the comming weeks (2-3) Red Anvil will be applying to HMRC to become a VAT registered company. This will mean that 20% VAT will be added to all invoices from Red Anvil.

This will affect some of our customers more than others but unfortunately we are not permitted to continue as a non VAT registered company.

We will be adding VAT without a vat number (vat applied for) and once HMRC have issued a VAT number we will reissue the invoices for your records allowing you to claim the VAT back if you're eligible.

We understand this is a transition that not all customers will want to undertake and will be sorry to see them look for farrier service's elsewhere.

Important update to all customers.

From next Friday (16th June) all short notice lost shoes will be charged at £50 per trip out if you require them replaced within 24 hours. We will still replace shoes under the 2 week policy but only on weekdays.

Friday lost shoes will need to be called in by 3pm.

Polo is a competitive game and we endeavor to do everything we can to keep your horses feet in the best condition and reduce loss shoes as much as possible. Unfortunately lost shoes happen and we will get them replaced before your next game if you require.
