Hello I’m Christopher Trotter, Fife Food Ambassador and champion of all food related production, heritage and innovation in our wonderful kingdom. I have organised events from Organic food festivals to team building workshops. I have advised government bodies and enterprise companies and am this year lead on the Fife in Food 2016 Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design Project. I have appeared

on TV and radio taking about nutrition and fresh local food. I am a member of the Guild of Food writers and also Chair of the Pioneer Health Foundation. I have written for various magazines and journals and written four books on the subject of food cooking and heritage.
