Here at bake my day, throughout the whole month of January, we are serving slimming world dishes!

This week we have vegetable soup with zero syns, chicken 'n' chorizo toasties with whole meal bread, a tossed salad and low fat coleslaw (1 and a half syns). Lastly we have a meringue with fat free natural yogurt and berries!

Everything is made fresh on the day so pop in and give them a try! 🍰☕️😁

Us at Bake My Day would like to say thank you to all the businesses who donated prizes for the raffle and to our customers who came in to support the Upton Village Community Group on Sunday.
Thank you to all the staff who gave up their free time; Beanie, Sue W, Sue D, Lucia, Thea, Eva, Robin & Alice. Also, the volunteers from the Upton Community Group who helped us with dishwashing too.
We are only too happy to contribute to the village, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

Today we are open till 3:30pm, all proceeds are going to the Upton Community Group. We have lots of hot food and cakes available.
We will also be doing a raffle in which local businesses have donated lots of great prizes, the raffle tickets are £1 per strip and this will be drawn at 3:30pm.
