To wrap up our Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, we asked Rob what Hispanic Heritage Month means to him and a little bit about his background.

This is what he shared:

"My Hispanic heritage has been instrumental in developing my cultural intelligence and to serve as a cross-cultural bridge for different organizations. I am comfortable communicating with and understanding people from different backgrounds, fostering collaboration and appreciation.

I was born and raised in Mexico City, although I have always been exposed to a multi-cultural environment throughout my education and my career. I like to consider myself a global citizen.

Having lived and worked in different geographies such as Philippines, South America, Europe, and the U.S. has allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for different cultures.

These experiences have made me highly adaptable and culturally sensitive, enabling me to navigate diverse work environments with ease."
