Following the government announcement, it’s likely that we’re finally able to welcome guests again at Seasalt Cottage from 12th April onwards.

We’re so pleased that we can start welcoming guests back at Seasalt Cottage from July, following the PM’s latest announcement. And we’re excited to finally get to the island ourselves for a break too!

After a flurry of bookings over the last few days, we now have just 2 summer weeks available: w/c 11th July and w/c 29th August.

We love our friends at Cantina & Stripped (brilliant restaurants just minutes from Seasalt Cottage) even more for this. 🙌

The Cantina & Stripped team is happy to offer their services to anyone in Ventnor who is self isolating, in particular the elderly and vulnerable in our community.

We are offering free delivery of any item on our menu. In addition, from Monday, there will be a budget meat and vegetarian option.

Since we are in close vicinity of Boots, Seasons and the Co op we can also happily pick up a few items you might be in need of as part of our delivery to you.

We are aiming for two daily delivery slots. A lunch time delivery between noon and 1pm and an early evening delivery between 6pm and 7pm.

We’re now home from an amazing week at Seasalt Cottage. 🌊

The weather was perfect, so we had lots of beach time, and also went on a kayak trip with Adventure Activities Isle of Wight, and hired some bikes from Wight Cycle Hire. 🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️

We also loved eating out at some of our favourite places including the Smoking Lobster & Stripped, both just a few mins walk from the cottage.

Thank you to all of the guests who have left lovely comments in our guest book, we always love reading them. 😍

We popped over to the IOW today to take some brand new garden furniture to Seasalt Cottage for our summer guests to enjoy.

We then treated ourselves to a delicious lunch at the Smoking Lobster, one of our faves on the island.

Also it was great to discover a brilliant new shop on Ventnor High Street, Quirkies. Go check it out!

We’re just on way home from a wonderful week at Seasalt Cottage.

The weather was just perfect, so we enjoyed lots of beach time and eating gorgeous food with stunning views. 😎

We also found out while we’re away that Seasalt Cottage has been shortlisted by Sykes Cottages for their ‘Best in the South Coast & IOW’ award. 🏆We’re down to the final 5 out of hundreds of properties, and there are gold, silver & bronze awards. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻

We have just had 5 days become available at Seasalt Cottage this summer.

It’s from Mon 16th - Sat 21st July. The cottage is booked up until October so this is your chance to spend a sunny few days (sunshine not guaranteed for course! 😝) in the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Seasalt Cottage a boutique 2 bed home in a gated courtyard, just a few mins walk from the beach and all of the restaurants that Ventnor has to offer. 🌊

We always love it when our guests let us know how their stay went. Here are a few recent reviews we've had of Seasalt Cottage....we're so pleased to have had so many happy guests in our first season (including some four-legged ones! 🐶)

We had a lovely long weekend at Seasalt Cottage this week.

The boys & our dog loved running along the beach again and we took our favourite walk down to Steephill Cove.

Then we tried out the brand new restaurant on the Esplanade the Smoking Lobster. Amazing food, attentive staff and a great atmosphere...we highly recommend it! 🍤

We also went to the Electric Woods festival of Light at Robin Hill park. The woods were all lit up, there was tasty curry and great entertainment. What's not to love!

The only school holidays we have available next year are Feb half term and Oct half term, so please get in touch soon if you're interested in booking.

If you're lucky enough to be able to go away outside of school holidays then we still have lots of availability Jan-Jun! ☺️
