Tucked away up a quiet lane in the very centre of the bustling old market town of Wadebridge, Chapel Cottage is everything you would imagine an authentic little Cornish cottage should be. However the owners of this cottage have lavished much care and thought into their renovation and refurbishment project offering all the advantages of a modern property but successfully retaining its charm and original character. With a surprisingly spacious interior and a small sunny private courtyard, Chapel Cottage will more than meet visitor's expectations. Wadebridge offers a wide variety of places to eat, with pubs, shops and a cinema. The Camel Trail is only just over 5 minutes away where it can be joined at one end of the town towards the fishing port of Padstow or the other where you can strike inland towards Bodmin and beyond. The Royal County Showground, which hosts a number of events throughout the year (not least the County Show in June) is also within walking distance. A short drive and you have the choice of a number of glorious sandy surfing beaches including Harlyn and Constantine Bay on the Padstow side of the estuary or Polzeath, near Rock, on the other.
