We have all of the awards to prove this unlike other companies that just make it up as they go along. In the meeting I tailor a quote to the event needs, and give you information of all of the required legal things a DJ needs. You get 14 days to confirm the booking, if we don't hear from you in the 14 days then we don't pester you, we understand that you have chosen someone else. We currently have 15 DJ's that work for us, at any one time we will only book out 12 DJ's, as this allows us to guarantee you a DJ at your event even if your DJ is ill. Unlike one man band DJ's who will have to loose you down if their ill or worse pass your event on to some-one who they don't know and don't know how much experience they have. We like to think that we are able to take the stress out of booking a DJ and like to think that we will give you full satisfaction and piece of mind when booking with us. We Pride Ourselves With The Ability To Choose The Right Music For Your Chosen Guests And To Custom Design Our Shows Depending On The Size Of Venues. Our Lighting Systems Is To Be Amazed, Using The Latest In Disco Lighting And DMX Controlling We Can Cover Every Square Inch Of Space With An Effect. We Guarantee To Play The Music You Select. We Pride Ourselves On Our Ability To Play Exactly The Music That Your Guests Will Enjoy From Our Extensive Music Library From The 50's Right Up To The Top 40 With Everything In Between. Were on countdown but not from 10, just from 7!!!

Yippee that means we are only a week away from the Well Wishers Boxing event 2023.

In the run up to the boxing we love to share with you some of the businesses that support either through providing a service, sponsoring us or giving us a raffle prize. Without them events like this wouldn't take place.

First up is JABS Event Hire who are an award-winning and events specialist company based in the West Midlands. JABS have been providing the DJ side of our charity events for over four years now and always provide an excellent service no matter what we ask of them.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

In 3 weeks time we celebrate the wedding of Jamie and Abigail. After all of the hard work that they put into making all of your big days and special events perfect, we want to make sure that they have the most perfect day themselves!

So...our offices will close at 6pm on Thursday 6th April.

On Friday 7th April, Saturday 8th April and Sunday 9th April we will be completely uncontactable by any means-please do not call as your call will not be answered.

From Monday 10th April until Tuesday 18th April our phone lines will be open for limited times with another member of staff and for URGENT calls only-no new bookings will be taken over the phone! Please use the office number and not any mobile numbers you may have.
No emails, messages or enquiries will be answered or taken during this time.

Once the office reopens fully at 10:30am on Tuesday 18th April all messages and enquiries will be responded to.
Anyone who has events between Friday 7th April and Tuesday 18th April will be contacted this week to ensure that we have all of the information we need for our DJs.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but, as we are sure you can all appreciate, this is a very special occasion for the whole J.A.B.S Event Hire family and we thank you for your patience and support.

We like to think that we are able to take the stress out of booking a DJ and like to think that we will give you full satisfaction and peace of mind when booking with us.

We offer a free, no obligation consultation. In the consultation we tailor a quote to your event needs and give you information on all of the required legalities that a DJ needs. We then give you 14 days to confirm the booking. If we don't hear from you in 14 days then we don't pester you, we understand that you have chosen somone else.

J.A.B.S Event Hire have 20 DJs that work for us. At any one time we will only book out 17 DJs as this allows us to guarantee you a DJ at your event, even if your DJ is ill, unlike one man band DJs who will have to let you down or worse, pass your event onto someone who they do not know and don't know how much experience they have (unfortunately we see this happen on a weekly basis).

Our office hours are limited to Tuesday-Thursday 10.30-17.00 (excluding Christmas week). This is due to our busiest days for events are Friday-Sunday with Monday as our day off, unless we have events booked in.
