🙌🏻Today is the day I’m up to my home town of Blackpool but not to see family or friends but to celebrate 65 years of the Travel Village Group.

🥰Its always nice to think that my journey with these hasn’t always been my own business but when i also worked back for Bourne Travel in their shop on Highfield road in my early 20’s before i relocated to the Midlands

Its going to be a day of meeting with suppliers and business owners to learn about different products and updates first before we let our hair down and celebrate this milestone achievement

✅I am a 42 year old Mum soon to be 43 😳😮 with a family who has worked in travel since leaving school 📚
I started my travel days on Highfield Road in Blackpool .🚚I then relocated to the Midlands and with the connection of Co-op Travel I was able to transfer to the Stafford branch.
🚕After a couple of years the commute to Stafford became too far and I transferred to a different cooperative society in Brownhills .
👩‍🍼After having my first daughter I decided to try it alone and I did for a couple of years it was tough it was lonely and i did for a short while fall out of love for travel , so I gave up and did something else , but not for long 😂.
I found a role in business travel , this was an exciting fast pace role where I would call round the world throughout the night but working nights takes it’s toll .
