I have 3 children and one will always want to bring a friend so I understand how time consuming it is washing, ironing and making up bedding and I certainly don’t want to be doing it when I’m away or have all the extra washing when I come home.

Here we do the hard work for you so when you arrive all beds are beautifully made and your breakfast essentials are all ready in. So all you need to do is unpack your clothes and enjoy 🤗

What’s included:
Bedding for all 6 beds, x2 hand towels, flannels, bath/toilet mats, x2 tea towels

Our Easter holiday at the caravan! So many memories made Clacton pier, crazy golf, pool competitions, fish and chips, and digging in a he sand! We were very lucky to see a beautiful little seal pup rested my on the beach! Weather was beautiful I still needed a jumper but the kids were in the sea 🥶

Just home 🏡 after a relaxing February half term with family and friends!
The park facilities aren’t open yet and this is our first season of rentals so we spent time researching the area and getting our van ready to welcome all our lovely guests!

Can’t beat caravan cooking, den building, long beach walks and fun on the pier!

Naze Marine is looking absolutely gorgeous there’s been some lovely developments over the winter and it’s lovely to see all the staff working hard to get ready to welcome guests in a few weeks.
Our van is also have some maintenance work carried on on the pitch 🙌🏼🚜👩‍🏭👩‍🔧

Caravan cooking 🤤 Eating healthy wherever I am is super important to me and preparing healthy delicious meals for my family is my passion 🙌🏼 here we have an quick chicken Chipolata casserole packed with veggies that’s super easy and delicious and all prepared in one pan! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Chicken Chipolata Casserole

Ingredients
X8 chicken Chipolata
X1 brown onion, diced
X3 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
X2 carrots, peeled & diced
1/2 sweet potato diced
X1 corguette, diced
Brussel sprouts quartered
Tenderstem Broccoli
Salt & pepper
Mixed Herbs / Italian Seasoning
700ml Chicken stock
1-2 TBS plain flour
Crème fraîche

Method
Sauté the chipolatas in a large pan with a little coconut oil to get some colour onto the outside, then remove from the pan and set to one side.
Add diced onion, carrots, sweet potato and courgette to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Allow the veggies to cook down and soften, then add the Brussels and crushed garlic, herbs and seasoning.
Sauté for a few minutes while slicing the chipolatas then add back into the pan.
Stir in your flour then add your chicken stock, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10 mins.
Add Tenderstem broccoli and simmer for 5 mins.
When the broccoli is tender turn off the heat and stir in 2 TBS crème fraîche & serve. 🥣

🌟This is perfect on its own or is delicious serve with mashed carrot & Swede, mashed potato or brown rice.

🌟You can use whatever veggies you have it’s a great versatile meal that uses up whatever you have. Also works well with peas, leeks, spinach, kale, baby corn, cauliflower, Swede, turnip. The possibilities are endless.

🌟 you could easily make this plant based by switching the chipolatas for tofu, and using vegetable stock, and plant based crème fraîche.

🌟 If you have any leftovers will store well in the fridge for a day or 2.
